AMERICAN HORROR STORY returns October 17, and the parade of bizzarro imagery marches on with its latest promo art.
Co-created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, the second season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY departs the Los Angeles murder house for a 60s-era mental institution presided over by a returning Jessica Lange (this time as a conflicted woman of God).
The series' Facebook gave us a host of eerie little teasers, and now EW has premiered that which will seemingly line our subways, buses and billboards for the next month, or so.
Three of the posters are familiar from the teasers, while one gives us a new peek inside and hints at the upcoming season's relationship between the caretakers and the inmates; a sort of twisted UPSTAIRS, DOWNSTAIRS perhaps?
